Double Erie Retreat

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Park your car and walk everywhere. Gather up some chairs and in 5 minutes you're on the beach swimming in Lake Erie. Enjoy the woodstove in the backyard in the evenings. Live music from the bar you can listen to from the upper deck off the master without even leaving the property. Or if you want quiet just turn on the air conditioning and play games or watch some TV. Cook up some hot dogs on the BBQ or walk to many restaurants in town . The space If you’re a big family and the two bedrooms aren’t quite big enough. Maybe you’re two families with children you could ask to use the extra space in the finished basement. It’s a cute little apartment with a double bed in the bedroom and a pullout couch in the living area. Also a large bathroom with body Jets in the shower. This extra space will accommodate 4 people. Fee for the additional apartment is $80./night Guest access The 2 parkings spots in the driveway are available. Two bedrooms are upstairs with a full bathroom. The upper deck off the master with patio doors are yours to enjoy. The whole main floor consists of an entrance with closet, a half bathroom, full kitchen with eating area and open to the living room with gas fireplace and wall mounted TV (you must sign into your own Netflix). Patio doors off the eating area onto a deck with BBQ. Then the use of the whole backyard with large cement patio has a wood stove and comfortable furniture and another eating space with a table to fit 6 people around it. Other things to note The basement, laundry, 3rd bedroom upstairs and Garage will be locked and are not part of yours or anyone else’s use while you are renting our home.
