Welcome to our cozy beach cottage! It's in a great spot, close to fun activities, nightlife, and public transportation. This one-bedroom, one-bathroom place is perfect for solo travelers, couples, and small families and, there's plenty of parking just steps from the beach. The cottage is between 7th and 8th Streets, with two easy beach access points: one at Kooky Coconut on 8th Street and another on 7th Street. No need to cross any roads to get to the beach (check the map for details). The space This property is extremely close to the beach and also within walking distance of good restaurants, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and public transportation. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, and small families, this cute cottage offers the perfect blend of comfort and coastal living. The cottage is fully stocked and includes a new KING mattress and a trundle bed with two twin mattresses. Enjoy new cotton linens, plenty of towels and blankets, and a fully-equipped kitchen with full-size refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher. The cottage has hi-speed internet, beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. The first floor deck is equipped with a new BBQ grill and BBQ tools. Guest access ~CHECK-IN: There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. An entry code will be provided to you before check-in. The upstairs unit has a balcony with seating for two and beach sight lines. The cottage is located between 7th and 8th with two access points to the beach: the public access at Kooky Coconut on 8th or the public access on 7th. The short walk to the beach does not require road crossing (see the map for beach access points). Other Things to Note:  Please follow all house rules (see below).  Everything is well-maintained for your comfort. Please keep the property clean during your stay.  Check-in: 3:00pm  Check-out: 10:00am  Any kind of illegal drug or tobacco use/smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED on the premises.  Maximum occupancy cannot exceed four, including children.  You are NOT allowed to host any PARTIES OR EVENTS during your stay.  Please be mindful of your noise level and make sure to follow the quiet hours. House Rules: 1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. 2. No parties or events. 3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals. 4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance. 5. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation if our Rental Agreement is not accepted by the prospective renter. 6. You are responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. 7. Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on property policy. 8. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit will be required at check-in for incidental charges. Guest Access: Self Check in with Keyless Door Code. This rental is located on the first floor of the property. Both units have access to the lower deck and BBQ grill. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and BBQ grill are provided as complimentary items. Complimentary items are not guaranteed nor do they contribute to the rental rate. These items are included at no extra charge. Our top priority is your comfort.
