The space Enjoy a good night's sleep in the comfortable queen size bed while watching shows and movies on the wall-mounted 43" Roku TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, and other apps. The minimalist and comfortable kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need for reheating some leftovers, or cook and bake a nice dish. We provide you with some spices, oil and vinegar to get you started. There is a drip down coffee maker, a toaster and we'll provide you with some tea and coffee to help with morning wake up. Other things to note The studio is part of an apartment complex located 500 ft. away from Gold Star Highway. Though the speed limit is 45 mph, you will hear cars driving by if you're in the parking area, but not inside the unit once the door is closed. There are two buildings on site, one dedicated to long-term tenants, the other dedicated to short-term rental. You may see a long-term tenant here and there, pick up their mail, or drive by in the parking area.
