The building, like most Toronto buildings, uses a centralized HVAC system. Air conditioning is typically available from Late May – September and heating from October–April, with exact switchover dates determined by building management. During seasonal transition periods, heating or air conditioning may be unavailable regardless of outdoor temperatures. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept the building's seasonal HVAC schedule. Please note that shared amenities such as the spa, pool and gym are managed by the building.
