Guest access Guests will have access to whole home except 3rd car garage and boat pad are off limits. Please avoid building material in back corner of yard for your own safety. Other things to note -*Pool can be heated for $50 a day, for longer stays fee can be negotiated. -*Firewood is not provided for fire pit - Kegerator can be set up for a fee (nitro coffee, Guinness, and/or your favorite brew on tap; must discuss cost and availability ahead of stay) - Have a 50 amp hookup must bring minimum of 75ft cord to plug in. - White trailer northwest corner of backyard is for extra trash that doesn’t fit in the can! - If you stay on Monday or Thursday night please put green can out to help me keep my costs down! - Possibility of Pool maintenance, Landscaping, or home maintenance during your stay.
