Other things to note - While you will have access to the garage, please note that due to its modest size, larger SUVs and trucks will not fit. There is ample street parking in front of the house. - Cable and local channels are not provided. - For the protection of our guests, this property is equipped with SimpliSafe cameras featuring audio capabilities located at the exterior of the house only. The cameras are motion activated, and when triggered, may record the following areas throughout the duration of your reservation: - Street in front of the house - Entrance to the property - Partial front lawn - Garage - Backdoor to house from backyard Please be assured that the cameras are configured to respect your privacy and do not have visibility into any interior spaces. - Yard maintenance is scheduled for every Wednesday between 10am and 4pm.
