A fully equipped kitchen awaits your culinary adventures, as well as out outdoor patio with phenomenal views and a BBQ grill. Parking is convenient with ample street parking. You'll have access to the basement floor of the house, which requires a short walk down a hill on the right side of the house but is a full walkout basement with all widows above ground. For larger accommodations or reunions, consider reserving the upper apartment that sleeps 20, featuring a full kitchen, bouldering wall, 2 living rooms, 3 bathrooms, and 7 bedrooms. The proximity to the Payson Temple makes our home an ideal venue for events like weddings. To access the basement apartment simply park anywhere on the street or driveway where there is space, and go down a small hill to the right of the home (south side). Around the corner is a double door with keypad for easy entry. The code will be provided the day of your arrival. Other things to note Kindly note that this is our cherished family home, which has been a haven for our family of seven. Over the years, it has been well-loved and, as a result, exhibits some signs of wear and tear in areas like carpet, paint, and furniture.
