The property also has a private hot tub located at the residence available for guests. The space This spacious home will host large and small families visiting the Crystal Coast and is the perfect vacation retreat! It is located 2 miles from Emerald Isle and 3 miles from Swansboro. It is close to the beach, sound, shopping, dining, the aquarium, and more! The home has an elegant and modern style with many amenities. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with access to a pool, tennis and basketball courts, a baseball field, wooded nature trail, and boardwalk pier to the sound. It is surrounded by beautiful trees and has a great patio for grilling and enjoying the outdoors. It has two master suites with king size beds and bathrooms located within. Two other bedrooms also have king size beds and share a bathroom. The upstairs space has also been styled to sleep up to 4 more people with twin beds and futons that maybe be used if needed. It has a sun room and two living room spaces as well which provides enough room to relax and visit with family. The large kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and the dining room is perfect for sharing a family meal. Guest access Everything is accessible except for a few locked storage closets. Other things to note We also have some beach toys, beach towels, beach mat, 2 beach chairs, and an umbrella. There are a couple pool floats and goggles. There are also several other things for outdoor activities including a volleyball, basketball, tennis racquets, tennis balls, frisbee, badminton set, bocce ball set, and a yoga mat. These are all located in the garage and are free for guests to use. Please also put them back for the next guest! Also if there are any guests with infants… we also have some items that will be helpful. We have a high chair, play mat with hanging toys, pack n play, and a walker.
