Tumbledown Tiny Home is a 240 sq ft tiny home on a small wooded lot on the edge of downtown Weld. Carefully designed for couples and digital nomads, it has everything you'll need to explore the Western Maine Mountains or just stay cozy inside. Follow the journey on IG at @tumbledownadventureco ! The space The space is perfectly designed to be small and cozy, but also have everything you need to both live and work comfortably. There is a loft with a queen-sized bed, as well as a pull-out couch in the living room area. *NOTE* This cabin was designed and built specifically for two people. There are two beds, so you are welcome to travel with four guests, but please note there is not a wall between the two beds (the loft is open to the living room), and the dining table only has two stools. *Tumbledown Mountain - 15 minutes *Mt. Blue State Park - 4 minutes *Farmington - 25 minutes *Rumford - 30 minutes *Sugarloaf Mountain - 1 hr *Saddleback Mountain - 45 minutes *Sunday River - 50 minutes KEY FEATURES: - hot tub - fully equipped kitchen - porch swing - large picture windows - fire pit - flat top Blackstone grill - outdoor twinkle lighting BEDROOM The loft area is accessed by a ladder that can be tucked away to create more space downstairs. On the night stand you will find a power station and sound machine. The queen bed sits below a skylight perfect for stargazing. BATHROOM The tiny home has just one full bathroom with all the conveniences of a full-size home. The locking pocket door provides privacy. Tile shower with glass door and shelves for your products. KITCHEN, DINING The small kitchen and 2-seater dining table offers all the conveniences of a full-size kitchen just shrunk down into a mini version to fit in the space perfectly. The kitchen will be fully stocked so you can cook all your own meals, and includes pots, pans, knives, utensils, and an array of different style coffee makers. The microwave-looking appliance is also an oven AND an air fryer. Some bad news…although the mini-fridge has a freezer it does NOT fit a pint of ice cream....plan your frozen desserts according! LIVING ROOM From the full-size couch, stream your favorite shows on the compact 32" HDTV. From this cozy spot, you feel like you are part of the forest that can be seen through the large picture windows. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the stunning natural scenery indoors, fulfilling your longing to experience nature's beauty. OUTSIDE SPACE Step out onto the porch and hang out on the Amish build porch swing. Cook up all your favorite meals on the Blackstone flat top grill. Hop in the hot tub to rejuvenate your mind and body, you'll be surrounded by nature. Sit around the custom designed, welded fire pit while roasting marshmallows, reminiscing on old memories, and creating new ones. There is parking for 3 cars in the driveway. LOCATION While this area may feel like the middle of nowhere to most people, it is home to us. The tiny home is within 30 minutes of hospitals and groceries (Farmington & Rumford). And right in the middle of many outdoor activities. The location of the tiny home is right in historic downtown Weld. It sits just down the hill from the one road that passes through town and you may see and hear the few cars pass by while sitting around the fire. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and property (with the exception of the utility closet in the bathroom). Other things to note By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs left home alone unless crated. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or in the hot tub. Please clean up after your pet. Minimum booking age is 25. (photo ID may be required) No additional guests than you have specified are allowed on the property. This includes the use of hot tub and fire pit area.
