Located just 8 minutes from downtown Kalamazoo, this house sleeps 9 guests and features a game room, hot tub, and large back patio - perfect for your next getaway! The space Walk into this historic Craftsman home and let your kids (or inner kid) run wild! Enjoy the game room with shuffleboard, NBA blitz, foosball, and more. We also welcome up to 2 of your favorite furry friends with additional fees. Our home is fenced in so you don’t have to worry about taking them out. Off the game room, you'll enter a beautifully renovated kitchen that opens to the large dining room, perfect for conversing while cooking a meal or enjoying a glass of wine. From there, you'll enter the spacious living room with ample windows and seating. The living room features a 65-inch TV adjoined by a 4-season porch with a daybed that can be utilized as a bed. The sunroom is perfect for relaxing with your morning cup of coffee. On the lower level, you'll also find a bedroom with a queen bed, a workstation, a half bathroom, and a closet full of board games. You will also find a sunroom that has a twin-size day bed that we consider the 6th bed and the 9th bed spot. The sun room doesn't have doors and is open to the living room. Upstairs features a full bath with a skylight, a stylish kids' room with twin bunk beds, and a queen bed. The master bedroom is a showstopper with a king bed and adjoining full bath. Let's not forget the outdoor space! Enjoy all that each Michigan season offers with a 6-person hot tub and large patio, perfect for grilling out or taking in the sunshine. Key features: - Arcade room - Hot tub - Washer and dryer - Ample parking - Pack and play and high chair - 55-inch TVs in every bedroom (Roku-login to your own favorite applications) - Keurig and drip coffee makers w/ coffee - Shampoo, conditioner, body wash (hypoallergenic products) - Board games (so many to count) - Kitchen essentials (glassware, plates, bowls, utensils, wine glasses, knives, pots and pans, baking sheets) - Work station Desk - Extra linens, towels, pillows Please note the 9th bed spot is considered a day bed. This is considered the additional bed to make a total of 6 beds in the home. The room with the day bed doesn’t have doors and it’s on the main level next to the living room. Please look in “additional pictures” in the photos to find floor plans for both 2D and 3D with furniture floor plans. The home also comes equipped with a fire extinguisher, first-aid kit and carbon monoxide and smoke detectors. Please be aware that the hot tub is an amenity that may not be available during your stay. If the hot tub is out of service, no discounts will be provided. Occasionally, prior guests may cause safety concerns that necessitate temporarily closing the hot tub. These situations are beyond our control. While we will make every effort to have the hot tub operational, your safety remains our top priority. Guest access You'll have access to the entire house. Access to the home is via keypad entry. Your unique key code will be provided prior to your reservation date. Other things to note The hot tub is professionally managed by a third party who is a Certified Pool Operator. Typically, the hot tub professional comes on Monday morning but timing may vary based on their schedule. Your safety and experience is our first priority. Pet Policy We welcome up to 2 dogs per reservation, with an additional pet fee due prior to check-in. The fee is $75 for the first dog and $50 for the second, charged once per stay (not per day). All pets must be disclosed in advance. Attempting to bring a pet without notifying us, or trying to avoid the pet fee, is a violation of house rules and will result in a $150 penalty added to your reservation. Guests are also required to clean up after their pets at all times. Please use the bags and bins provided to dispose of pet waste. Failure to do so will result in a $150 cleaning fee.
