Beverley St, which is filled with local shops, restaurants, and more! Below is a breakdown of the houses layout. DOWNSTAIRS: Living room - Couches, lounge chair, smart TV, and record player. Dining room - Open concept to living area and kitchen with formal dining space for 6 guests, bar cart with barware. Kitchen - Fully stocked with all major appliances, Keurig, toaster, electric kettle, and seating for 4 at the counter. Bedroom 1 - Full bed, nightstand, desk with working space for 2. Bathroom 1 - Single vanity, shower/clawfoot bath tub combo, toilet, all linens and toiletries provided. UPSTAIRS: Bedroom 2 (Master) - King bed, side tables with lamps, dresser, smart TV, lounge space, and large closet. Bathroom 2 - Private ensuite off of king bedroom with 2 sink vanities, walk-in tiled shower, toilet and all linens and toiletries provided. Bedroom 3 - Queen bed, nightstands with lamps, smart TV, couch, dresser, and closet. Bedroom 4 - 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twin beds total), 4 bean bag chairs, and smart TV. Bathroom 3 - Single vanity, tiled shower/bath tub combo, toilet, all linens and toiletries provided. Laundry - Washer and dryer are available for guest use in closet off hallway. OUTSIDE: Wood burning fire pit with 8 Adirondack chairs and a grill (charcoal not provided), plenty of deck space with a view of downtown, plus partial mountain view. NOTE: This property does have exterior security cameras. This property is street parking only with no off-street parking option. There is always plenty of space in front of the house, no parking pass required. Note that the house does sit on a hill with stairs leading to the entry, which may be an issue for those with mobility limitations. Pup friendly with a fee. No cats, fines may apply.
