Our spacious 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo has gorgeous sound views and an updated kitchen. This 2nd floor rental sleeps 4 comfortably with a queen bed and sleeper sofa. Enjoy a stroll to the pool, the pier, and the Gulf of Mexico sugar white sandy beaches(just across the road). Relax on our private balcony to catch the amazing sunsets! The kitchen is fully equipped but if you’d rather go out Peg Leg Pete’s Restaurant is a 2 min walk. We can't wait to host you!! The space Santa Rosa Dunes is the perfect location for your vacation. We have an Olympic Size swimming pool with plenty of lounge chairs. A tennis court/pickleball court for those who want to play. Our own private fishing pier/dock within steps from the condo. A huge green space to play soccer or throw the frisbee! It's within walking distance to one of the BEST restaurants in Pensacola...Peg Leg Pete's! The local Trolley stop is right in front of our building which will take you down a little bit to the Boardwalk, Fishing Pier, More Restaurants, Night Life and Shopping! Our complex is quiet and family friendly.
