Situated perfectly between Boone and West Jefferson, this 4-bedroom home offers the perfect blend of comfort and luxury, ensuring an unforgettable getaway for you and your loved ones! As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an inviting ambiance and stylish décor. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils needed for the family chef to prepare a delicious homecooked meal, as well as stainless appliances, a gas range, and a Keurig coffeemaker. The heart of the home lies in its open-concept living area, where friends and family can gather for quality time together. The living room features vaulted ceilings with large ceiling-high windows, a stacked stone gas fireplace, and a large flatscreen TV equipped with streaming apps for guests to utilize. The master suite is located on the main level and boasts a king bed and ensuite bathroom, TV, its own deck access, and a jetted tub! Upstairs, find a king and queen bedroom and full bathroom in the hallway. The loft offers a brand new pull out sleeper sofa for guest to utilize, as well. Downstairs, is where you will find the final bedroom offering a queen bed and full bathroom. Also on this level guests can enjoy a wide variety of games such as an Xbox 360, Pac-Man, and Golden Tee. For those who love the great outdoors, this vacation home offers plenty of opportunities for relaxation and recreation. The expansive deck is the perfect spot to enjoy a good meal or lounge in the sunshine while enjoying the sounds from the nearby stream that runs through the property. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit for s'mores and stargazing, creating cherished memories under the Carolina sky. Nearby must see attractions include: Ashe County Cheese - see cheese being made and enjoy delicious ice cream! (14 minutes away!) Molly Chomper Cidery (30 minutes away!) Ashe County Farmers Market every Saturday from 8am to 1pm from April to October! Mount Jefferson State Park - great place for family photos. Stunning views! (18 minutes away!) Grayson Highlands State Park - Excellent hiking with scenic views, more than 5,000 feet in elevation. See wild horses! (50 minutes away!) Old Barn Winery - Live music, food trucks, perfect atmosphere! (15 minutes away!) Saloon Studios - Experience a 19th century Western town replica including an 1860s style saloon offering live music, festivals, Civil War presentations, gunfights, and much more! (14 minutes away!) Enjoy a sunny day on the New River using Zaloo's Canoes, Kayaks, and Tubes. Public put-in locations are nearby, as well for those bringing their own kayaks! IMPORTANT NOTES: - This home allows up to 2 mature dogs. Please be sure to list your pets, and it will be included in the total shown. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided. - Firewood: You may purchase firewood for the outdoor firepit from us and have it delivered prior to your arrival. This service requires one-week notice prior to arrival, no exceptions. The cost for firewood is $25 per night, plus 12.75% tax. Each night purchased includes 2 small bundles (each bundle contains 6-8 pieces of wood) and 1 fire starter log. There is no refund for unused firewood. This will be paid using the Airbnb Resolution Center. - The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. The road leading to this home is gravel and moderately steep. - Check in is after 4pm and Check out is by 10am EST - Towels and linens will be provided for you. - The front door includes a Ring doorbell for safety. No cameras monitor the interior of the home or common gathering areas. - Bookings cancelled 30 days before the start of stay receive 100% refund. Bookings cancelled between 14-30 days will receive a 50% refund. Bookings cancelled within 14 days receive no refund unless dates are rebooked.
