The space There are many amenities at pinnacle port. There is a heated pool and a sauna in the tower building that can be used by our guests and another pool just steps from our door. There are also tennis courts, a boat ramp, exercise room, sauna and barbecue grills and the nearby Downtown Carillon and Marketplace. Visit the office for pamphlets and additional information on area activities and restaurants. Enjoy the new Pinnacle Port Grill (poolside). pinnacleportgrill com Guest access Pinnacle port is within a gated community. You will be given information to enter. There is one permit given for one car with each reservation. If you have an additional car, it would be approximately $35 per car to obtain an additional permit. Other things to note There is a king size bed in the master and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen is fully renovated along with fresh paint and flooring throughout. We have also installed a 50 inch smart TV in the living room and a 40 inch smart TV in the bedroom. No pets are allowed in the Pinnacle Port community unless you are a condo owner. They are very strict with this policy. No smoking in the condo or on the balcony.
