Little Falls Cottage

Escape and unwind at our peaceful, romantic 2-bedroom, 1-bath cottage with private waterfall and natural pools. Take a hike on our wooded 32 acres. Relax and barbecue on the deck or sit by the creek-side fire pit. Prepare a romantic dinner and spend a quiet evening in front of the fireplace or fall asleep to the sound of waterfalls. Enjoy year-round activities at nearby ski centers, lakes, and in the scenic mountains of New York and Vermont. The space The cozy, homey cottage has 2 levels, and was recently remodeled throughout. There is a mini-split system to heat and air condition the space for year-round comfort. The main level has a living room space with a rock fireplace and electric log insert for ambiance and heat, love seat, and flat screen TV. There is a cozy dining area with a table and 4 chairs, and a fully furnished kitchen with coffee maker, cookware, serving dishes, dinnerware, and utensils. Our pantry is well-stocked with oils, spices, coffee pods and teas for your convenience. There is a bathroom with glass shower enclosure on the first level, outfitted with bath and hand towels, face clothes, toiletries, and soaps for your stay. Upstairs, there is a balcony at the top of the stairs flanked by 2 loft style bedrooms. The bedrooms are closed off with curtains for a BoHo vibe. The larger bedroom with a king bed has a full-size dresser and 2 nightstands. The smaller bedroom with full/double size bed has a small dresser, mirror, and stool. Both rooms have hanging space for clothes. Guest access Guest have full access to the Little Falls Cottage and use of the surrounding property. Other things to note There is a small gas barbecue on the cottage deck along with a table, 4 chairs, and an umbrella. There is a year-round creek that runs through the property. Next to the cottage the creek spills over a small waterfall, with native pools if you want to wade or take a dip. There is an outdoor dining area between the cottage and the waterfall where you can enjoy your morning coffee or hot cocoa, and a seating area near the creek’s edge with benches and a fire pit for evening gatherings. Take a walk through the treed property where you will find trails to follow…or go explore on your own. Guests will have access to most of our 32 acres for hiking or exploring behind the cottage.
