This property is divided into 3 independent houses. It is established on a plot of 4000m2. Located on the 'Flow Vélo', you can cycle there on a secure axis. This cycle route connects the Charente maritime estuary to Sarlat La Caneda in the Dordogne over 400km. The space Spacious 90 m2 house comfortably accommodating up to 6 people. From the fine weather until the end of October, in a secure area, children can have fun while adults can relax and enjoy the sun or, on the contrary, the refreshing shade of the willows that line the beach.
