We are delighted to host you. Your guest suite is located on the first level and is designed for your comfort and convenience. Your Space: · Layout: A private, two-level home where your suite occupies the entire first floor. Owner lives onsite upper level. · Bedrooms: Three comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a queen-size bed. · Living Area: A cozy living room with an open dining area and a full kitchen. · Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms for your party's convenience. · Access: Your suite features three exit doors for easy coming and going. The main entry is on the left side (toward the parking lot), with another door leading to your private sitting area in the backyard. Amenities & Details: · Backyard: The backyard is a shared space, but you have a dedicated sitting area for your private use. · Neighborhood: Our neighborhood is quiet and safe, perfect for an evening stroll. A beautiful park is just a short walk away. An Important Note for Your Comfort: For the health and comfort of all our guests, this is a completely non-smoking property (including vaping, both indoors and outdoors). Guest access The entry to the household, which is located on the left side via the parking lot, requires an entry code which will be provided to guests upon their arrival. This ensures secure and convenient access for guests entering the property. Please do not share entry and wifi code for an authorized personal Other things to note Managing Your Comfort: Our new,whole-home air conditioning system is less than one year old. Please note that the thermostat for the central AC is on the second floor and regulates the temperature for the entire house during the summer. In the winter, we use separate thermostats on each level for heating, but still main panel is in upper level controled by app. To provide more personalized comfort, we also offer a portable window AC unit in one bedroom and two additional fans for other rooms. Feel free to ask for tips on optimizing the setup during the summer months. Inaddtion during winter, you can let ua know your swtup options. A Note on Overnight Guests: The property is best suited for the number of guests confirmed in your booking.While we discourage additional overnight visitors, a small mattress is available if absolutely necessary. During snowy days, we will leave a snow shovel at your door to help you clear your pathway.
