The primary bedroom has a king size bed, bedroom 2 has a bunkbed with large twin mattresses and the 3rd bedroom has 2 double beds. The dining room has seats for 6 and it is an open floorplan . If you are in the kitchen you are still part of the conversation. Lots of room for a boat or RV on the side of the house. No pets allowed Guest access The whole house is open for use. Other things to note We are a property management company so we do require our state contract to be signed. We do take a refundable deposit outside of Airbnb of $500 for under 28 days and $1000 for 28 plus days. Any rental over 28 days we have a cap on the electricity of $150 any overage you are responsible for. No pets are allowed in this home .
