In addition to the two closest mountains to ski/ snowboard and snowshoe, there is plenty of public (BLM) land to snowmobile (especially out toward Willamette Pass. Our log cabin has a large circular parking area in front of the home, perfect for those hauling trailers. As with all of our Sunriver and La Pine homes, we strongly recommend 4-wheel drive vehicles or all-wheel drive during the winter months.
