⚠️ The swimming pool is closed from October to April. Our brand new apartment, designed in a contemporary style, is located in a recently built building. Its quiet and intimate atmosphere makes it the perfect choice for families and teleworkers. Just a 15-minute walk from the historic center and its main attractions: Calle Larios, the Cathedral and the Atarazanas Market. The area also offers many shops and stores. As you enter the apartment, there is a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, an armchair, a smart TV, and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, crockery, and everything you need. The master bedroom has a big closet, a queen-sized bed, access to the patio, and the en suite bathroom with a shower, a bathtub, and a sink. The second bedroom has a double bed and a separate bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a beautiful building with an elevator.  Parking spot measures: 214cm (width) x 490cm (length) x 280cm (height) Guest access You will have the entire apartment, a private patio, and a parking space at your disposal. Please make yourself at home. ❗If you use the parking lot, please take the card (which is in the living room) and place it visibly behind the windshield of the vehicle. Other things to note - Please, do not make noise after 22:00 and do not smoke in the apartment. - Please note that all guests (regardless of their age) must fill the legal registration form Orden INT/321/2021, according to the Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021). When traveling with a minor, you'll be requested to indicate the type of family relationship. Refusing to comply the order above will form a formal ground to deny the access to the property and will not be subject to any compensation. - ⚠️ Our rentals are not suitable for pets, emotional support animals, or service animals. - For the central location of this accommodation, it is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers-by in the street, neighbours, parties), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation. - Please note that access to the apartment is digital and requires a smartphone with an internet connection to unlock the interior door.
