⚠️ The swimming pool is closed from October to April. Our brand new apartment, designed in a contemporary style, is located in a recently built building. Its quiet and intimate atmosphere makes it the perfect choice for families and teleworkers. Just a 15-minute walk from the historic center and its main attractions: Calle Larios, the Cathedral and the Atarazanas Market. The area also offers many shops and stores. The space Every detail of this apartment of 64 square meters has been carefully considered to provide our guests with a premium experience. As you enter the apartment, there is a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, an armchair, a smart TV, and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, crockery, and everything you need. The master bedroom has a big closet, a queen-sized bed, access to the patio, and the en suite bathroom with a shower, a bathtub, and a sink. The second bedroom has a double bed and a separate bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a beautiful building with an elevator. Parking entrance measures: 230 cm (height) x 445 cm (width) Parking spot measures: 214cm (width) x 490cm (length) x 280cm (height) Guest access You will have the entire apartment, a private patio, and a parking space at your disposal. Please make yourself at home. ❗If you use the parking lot, please take the card (which is in the living room) and place it visibly behind the windshield of the vehicle. Other things to note - Please, do not make noise after 22:00 and do not smoke in the apartment. - Please note that all guests (regardless of their age) must fill the legal registration form Orden INT/321/2021, according to the Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021). When traveling with a minor, you'll be requested to indicate the type of family relationship. Refusing to comply the order above will form a formal ground to deny the access to the property and will not be subject to any compensation. - ⚠️ Our rentals are not suitable for pets, emotional support animals, or service animals. - For the central location of this accommodation, it is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers-by in the street, neighbours, parties), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation. - Please note that access to the apartment is digital and requires a smartphone with an internet connection to unlock the interior door. For the exterior door, you will need to use a physical key that we will provide upon your arrival. - ⚠️ Pets are not permitted. Thank you for your understanding.
