Cozy Historical Cottage In Petaluma

Built in 1870, our cozy cottage is located behind one of the oldest houses in Petaluma. The charming and quaint studio cottage is nestled in the heart of downtown Petaluma and features a comfortable queen-sized bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and a bathroom. We are 3 blocks from the historic Downtown district, an easy walk to the riverfront restaurants and shops. If you prefer to stay in, you can dine on the patio under the willow tree. #PLVR-19-0017 The space The Cottage Studio has a peaceful charming ambiance. Tucked away behind the main house the studio has an off-street parking in the driveway and a secluded patio area. The modern and farmhouse aesthetic features a full kitchen. 2 skylights, vaulted beam ceilings, fireplace, A/C/heater, desk, Wi-Fi, cable TV. "40" TV w/swing arm for in-bed movie watching. The beautiful Pottery Barn desk is set up for those who work remotely. There are 2 closets in the living area with shelves plus a clothing bar. Guest access Private cottage with separate entrance and patio and onsite parking. Exact directions will be provided at booking time. Other things to note FYI Our studio is not for you if you want to "PARTY". No loud music-bring your earphones! We work hard to provide a quiet beautiful retreat for you to relax and enjoy all the amenities Petaluma has to offer. We live closely with our fantastic neighbors and any nuisance could cause us to lose our business license with the City. Thanks for understanding. Outdoor furniture cushions may be put away during winter months due to weather but will be there on sunny days. The fireplace cannot be used at this time due to drought, dry conditions & horrific fires the Counties have been experiencing. Per city ordinance….sorry We love animals and are one of the few hosts in Petaluma allowing pets to stay. However no pets are to left alone on the premises at any time. Please turn off lights, heat/ or fans when you are leaving the premises for the day and when checking out. PGE is very expensive in California! Enjoy your stay!
