The space Our house has recently been completely refurbished creating a comfortable stylish 4-bedroom detached home (max 6 adults) with all modern amenities, whilst retaining the original charm and features dating back to 1947 and a balance of antique and modern furniture. Cavehill View takes its name from its stunning view of Belfast’s iconic backdrop, reputedly the inspiration for the sleeping giant in Jonathan Swift’s Gulliver’s Travels. Our self-check-in process ensures a seamless start to your trip, with a personalized pin code delivered straight to your inbox upon booking. Enter through the porch into a panelled hallway with restored original Belfast quarry tiling and photos of iconic local landscapes. Immediately to your left there is a media/games room with a large screen Roku Smart TV, where you can log into your favourite streaming services or attach your own games consoles for downtime throughout your stay with us. Blazingly fast 900Mbps internet ensures smooth streaming and gaming; however, we also have a range of board games and a card table. Straight ahead you will find a huge 30m2 combined living/dining area with a second Roku TV. The large dining table will comfortably seat eight. Adjacent, a fully fitted kitchen beckons with modern conveniences – from a coffee machine to a steam-assisted oven, washer/dryer, and dishwasher – ensuring every family need is met. There is also a cloakroom on the ground floor with a lavatory and washbasin. Upstairs there 4 large bedrooms with original redwood flooring. There are two luxurious master bedrooms with king beds, another bedroom with twin single beds and a fourth bedroom with bunkbeds. This bedroom also doubles as a dedicated office space. Designed for maximum comfort, each room boasts high-quality medium-firm mattresses and hotel-grade bed linens and towels for a restful night's sleep. All bedding is hypoallergenic. The bathroom has a full-size bath and separate walk-in rainfall shower plus an additional handheld shower head with various spray settings. The vanity unit offers extra lighting and built in demisters on the mirrors. A heated towel rail and Bluetooth speakers in the ceiling complete the bathroom features. We have a garden to teh front and the rear with a brand new 65m2 private back patio to relax in or the kids to play in. The house is certified by Tourism NI.
