This four-bedroom, four-bathroom residence can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests, making it the perfect destination for large families, groups of friends, or corporate retreats. The property features an array of top-tier amenities designed to offer a home-away-from-home experience. Stay connected with Century Link High-Speed Wifi and stay entertained with YouTube TV. During colder months, warm up by the gas fireplace or relax in the private hot tub. When the weather's fine, enjoy a BBQ on the natural gas grill. Each bedroom has been designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. The downstairs king bedroom offers privacy and tranquility. Upstairs, the primary king bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom. There's also a queen bedroom and a bedroom with a twin over a full bed. Additional sleeping arrangements include a sofa bed on the lower level and a queen-raised, self-inflatable air bed which can be placed where it is most convenient for your group. All four bathrooms come equipped with blow dryers and we provide a HE washer and dryer upstairs for your convenience. For those who need to press their clothes, there's an iron and ironing board. Our kitchen is a cook's dream, fully stocked with a toaster, coffee pot, Keurig, crockpot, Instant Pot, blender, hand mixer, waffle maker, and a griddle. Baking and cooking essentials such as 2 cookie sheets, 4 large sheet pans, a small sheet pan, a pizza pan, a round cake pan, a square brownie pan, and a muffin/cupcake pan are also available. We offer plenty of drinking glasses, wine glasses, mixing and serving bowls, as well as dinnerware. The property includes a two-car garage and a two-car driveway. NO Recreational Vehicle, Boat, Trailer, or Oversized Vehicle Parking. Additional amenities include a water softener system, three Sonos speakers, a natural stone patio next to the hot tub with Adirondack chair seating, and a ski boot dryer/heater in the garage that holds 12 boots. We also provide ski storage in the garage and a boot bench. There's an extra refrigerator in the garage for additional storage. We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement, and receive a WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. If your pet is accepted, the pet fee, which covers both hosting and pet cleaning, will be added to the reservation. Some restrictions apply. Pet Fees: Nightly Pet Fee: $25 per night, per pet, with a minimum charge of $100 and a maximum charge of $350. Monthly Pet Stays: $450 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet each month.
