We are happy to provide restaurant or entertainment ideas. Three bedrooms and one full bath are upstairs with one bedroom, one full bathroom, kitchen, living and dining rooms all on the first floor. Please be aware this an older home with radiators and window unit air conditioners. * There are two outdoor ring security cameras on the premises that monitor motion and noise. One is located above the front door and the other is located on the back corner of the house facing the driveway. House Rules: -Absolutely no parties or large gatherings allowed. -No loud music or excessive noise. -Only booked guests are allowed to be at the house at any time (unless discussed and approved in advance) -No inside fires, candles, or fireplace use -No basement access -No pets allowed. Any unauthorized pets will result in an additional cleaning fee starting at $100. Any service animals or emotional support animals must be disclosed prior to arrival. -No smoking in the house or anywhere on the property -Do not move the furniture. - Late check out may be available upon request.
