Guest access For reservation purposes, kindly provide the complete names of all guests, including children. Enjoy exclusive access to the entire house except for the owner's closet that is located in the basement, which is securely locked and designated for cleaning and house supplies. Please note that recreational vehicles, campers, or trailers are not permitted on the premises. Other things to note Kindly remember that you are a guest in someone's home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with the utmost respect. While we will promptly address any issues that may arise, there isn't a 24/7 on-site presence. Should you encounter any concerns, please inform us promptly so we can resolve them immediately. Check-in is scheduled for 3:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. We do offer the flexibility of early check-in or late check-out, or both, depending on availability. However, please be aware that this option is contingent on not having a same-day check-in, as we require sufficient time between reservations to uphold our professional cleaning standards. Kindly submit any requests well in advance to allow coordination with our cleaning crew. HOUSEKEEPING: Daily housekeeping service is not included in the rental rate.
