Guests can enjoy the comfortable, vintage, coastal charm of an 1850 Federal home with modern amenities located in the heart of Bath, Maine. Walk to downtown Bath to explore restaurants, shops, the waterfront park and more! Popham Beach is only a 20 minute drive down the road. Hop on Highway 1 to explore the many quintessential coastal towns such as Harpswell, Bailey Island, Brunswick, Wiscasset, Boothbay Harbor, Georgetown, Freeport, and Portland- all within a 15-45 minute drive. The space When you enter our home (garage side) you’ll step into the kitchen. From there you’ll connect to the dining room which leads into the living room. A coat and utility closet is off the dining room. A second door leads to the unfinished basement where the washer and dryer are located. This door can be locked so that children cannot access this space. The hallway leads to a TV room with a Smart 55” HDTV (Netflix included). Beyond the main door, a newly added three season porch. A full bathroom which features a walk-in shower completes the first floor. Upstairs you will find the three bedrooms and another full bathroom with tub/shower and double sinks. The third bedroom has a computer area for your use. Guest access Guests will receive their unique entrance code for a no contact, keyless entry. We allow an extra day for cleaning between guests. Please enjoy our early check-in of 1:00pm and late check-out time of 12:00pm (noon). The entire home is yours to enjoy. No shared spaces. Only a few closets are closed off for the owner’s use. The garage is not for guest use. Other things to note You will enjoy high quality sheets, coverlets/duvets, and pillows during your stay.
