Beachside CasaAzul! Heated Pool Spa Oasis!

Casa Azul is located beachside on the Coastal Hwy in Vilano Beach just steps from the sea! Walk across the street to the beach access to Vilanos quiet stretch of beautiful beach! The pet friendly house has has full amenities and a gorgeous heated pool and spa &outdoor living spaces you will truly be able to relax and unwind in! From the outdoor dining area to the rooftop deck with fire pit table to the pool deck there are so many spots to enjoy the outdoors! NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING, NO VAPING. The space Welcome to Casa Azul! Located on the coastal highway steps from the beach! We have visited Vilano as a family almost 10 years and are so happy to share this special spot with you! It's perfect for families and also couples, girls' weekends as its near so many amazing restaurants and shopping! About the house! It has an open concept main living area with a gorgeous fully stocked kitchen perfect if you love cooking!) dining area and comfortable sofas with a smart TV. Enjoy the vinyl collection and record player! Enjoy puzzles and games and fun additions for adults and kiddos! On the man floor there are 2 bedrooms each with a full bath. Mattresses are the quality you would have at home and brand new! There are fresh luxury linens in all bedrooms and bathrooms along with Native bath products. Upstairs in the loft room there is a king size bed and upper deck access. It also has a full bathroom and linens. The mattress is also brand new. It opens to the outdoor upper deck with Adirondack chairs (perfect for sunset views!). Outside in the oasis away from home you can truly feel the beach vibe off the beach as well. We love outdoor living and if you do too this is the place! There is a outdoor dining table off the main living area. Surrounded by gorgeous Jasmine blooms in season and comfy custom cushions this spot is perfect for breakfast outside or grilling some fish from Kyles Seafood at home in the evening. Steps down to the main deck is our sparkling pool. There are chaises, egg chairs and a sectional (not yet photographed as well as shade sails). Also at the pool deck is a green space with corn hole, the growing surfboard collection and a path to the exit the property and access the beach! There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day on Vilano beach! There are 8 beach chairs, a beach wagon, umbrellas, a Shibumi wind shade and any beach toys you see are yours to use! We also have a packn play. There is a washer and dryer in the garage shed. You can bring a small-medium size dog for a $100 fee per dog (worth every penny as Vilano beach is dog friendly) and it's something special to see your pups face when they first see the ocean. Please note the beach is a public beach and we are not responsible for any limitations or circumstances that may prevent or disrupt usage of the beach or water. We love our home but it is not our primary residence so we are not the foremost authority on events and situations that may impact your stay. The guest is responsible for researching the area and events and determining whether it's appropriate for their stay. We are not responsible for anything off of our property and no refund will be issued for weather, issues with city owned beach or roads, or events and crowds that disrupt a guest's stay. Further, we have our home on a routine pest and insect maintenance schedule but that does not guarantee that guests will not encounter insects or other wildlife and any such encounter is not grounds for refund. Due to the inside-out nature of the home with the sliding doors that guests like to have open, it is likely that guests will encounter insects. Propane is the responsibility of the renter during the rental. We provide the propane tank and it often has propane from the previous renter however we are unable to monitor the level. Guests can exchange the tank or purchase at the circle K down the street. Guest access Our entire home is open to you with the exception of the owners closet upstairs, Other things to note The Casa is dog friendly as is Vilano beach!
