This property is divided into 3 independent houses. It is established on a plot of 4000m2. Located on the 'Flow Vélo', you can cycle there on a secure axis. This cycle route connects the Charente maritime estuary to Sarlat La Caneda in the Dordogne over 400km. The space Enjoy a comfortable stay in this spacious 115 m² house, perfect for up to 8 guests. Ideal for families, groups of friends, or business trips, it combines space, comfort, and modern amenities. On the ground floor, there is a large, welcoming living area with a lounge opening onto the terrace through wide glass doors, and a fully equipped kitchen for easy meal preparation. The first floor has two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room. The second floor offers a second large bathroom with double sinks, a shower, a WC, and a third double bedroom. On the banks of the Charente, facing the Mattard Island, it offers a particularly pleasant relaxation, swimming and walking area in a green setting and brings together a whole range of activities around a real sandy beach. From the fine weather until the end of October, in a secure area, children can have fun while adults can relax and enjoy the sun or, on the contrary, the refreshing shade of the willows that line the beach.
