Updated Baxter Beach Cabin

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cabin while also having the amenities of a beach front cabin. Our association has a private sandy beach as well as a basketball court, fish cleaning shack, kayaks, and more! Our cabin is minutes away from Brainerd, Baxter & Nisswa, all of which have much to offer from zoos, go karts, to breweries and restaurants. There are a few cabins in our association & a few seasonal campers who love to live the summer life in MN! The space Our cabin has two bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. 1st Bedroom - One Queen Bed 2nd Bedroom - Two Twin Beds Futon in Living Room for extra sleeping spaces. All beds, linens and furniture are brand new for our guests! We provide shampoo, conditioner and bodywash for all guests as well as a hair dryer in case you forget yours. Our cabin has toys, games, movies and puzzles for the quiet moments while inside. Outdoor items include a basketballs, footballs, sand toys for the beach, charcoal grill, picnic table and various outdoor items. The association has a community firepit area for your evening enjoyment. We are a small association of 13 cabins so you will likely make wonderful new friends while visiting. This is not a secluded cabin and you will be near our neighbors and other guests but everyone is very friendly and used to visitors. Brainerd, Baxter and Nisswa are all wonderful towns with ample things to do while you are visiting. We provide a list of recommended activities upon checking in to the cabin. This list includes local boat rental companies as well in case you do not have your own boat! There are several laundromats near by if you need to do laundry during your stay as our cabin does not have a washer and dryer. This is a great fishing lake for panfish . Our association has a private boat launch so you can bring your own boat or rent one from a local company who can deliver the boat for you. You can clean your fish in the fish cleaning house on site, just remember to please clean up after yourself. NOTE ABOUT THE DOCKS - Please note that we can not guarantee when docks will be put in as we have no control over that. However, they have always been in by Memorial Day and are usually taken out the week the following Labor Day by our association. Guest access Guests have full access to our entire cabin and grounds surrounding our cabin. Guests have access to basketball court, private beach, fire pits, and fish cleaning shack as the docks and swimming platform. There are two kayaks and two paddle boards for all visitors to use that our association provides. We ask that guests please follow appropriate parking and dock signs and be courteous to other homeowners on site. Please do not walk through others' properties or leave a mess in any communal spaces. There is a shower house with bathrooms that can also be used by guests. The pumphouse is off limits to guests. Other things to note Association provides 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards to anyone to use. No Pets. No Smoking. No unregistered daytime or overnight guests. No Partying.
