Nestled on a private lane minutes from the Asheville airport and situated between Asheville and Hendersonville, this 695 sq. ft upstairs duplex unit blends modern style with comfort. The two-bedroom, one-bathroom unit features a full kitchen, living room, and dining room. Exterior stairs lead up to a private, open-air front porch with seating. Wall-mounted TVs in each bedroom and the living room, with Netflix access provided. Guests enjoy shared access to hot tub, laundry room, and fire ring. The space We are easy to find half way between Asheville and Hendersonville. We are very close to the Asheville Airport and Ag Center. After turning at our sign "Fawnhurst Rentals," a private gravel drive will lead you to a two story duplex. The parking area is gravel and has a quaint brick path leading to the building. As you walk from your car watch for squirrels, chipmunks and rabbits that live on the property. Your unit is upstairs and has an open front deck with a treetop feel, that overlooks the grounds. It’s common to hear birds singing as well as live music softly trailing over from the nearby venue. The outdoor sofa cushions are stored inside to ensure they are dry upon your arrival. The outdoor stairs have lights at night that remain on all night. We love helping guests celebrate special occasions and offer additional 'VIP Services' for guests. Services start for free and can be as elaborate as you need. Guest access The front door is equipped with a 4-digit keypad for easy self-check-in. Your access code is usually the last four digits of the phone number listed on your Airbnb account. This same code also unlocks the shared onsite laundry room for your convenience. If you’d like a custom access code for your group or family, just let us know in advance — many guests find this extra helpful! Other things to note This is the upstairs unit of a duplex, and there may be guests staying in the lower unit during your visit. Both spaces have private entrances and no shared indoor areas, but the outdoor amenities — including the hot tub, fire ring, laundry room, and parking area — are shared. We kindly ask all guests to be considerate when using shared spaces so everyone can enjoy them. Guests arriving with trailers should note that our private lane is narrow with limited turning space — please let us know in advance so we can help you plan the best approach. Laundry Room- heated room with; full sized washer and dryer, mini-iron board and iron, utility sink and room to fold laundry. Outdoor Shower- Located outside the laundry room is a heated shower to use prior to entering the hot tub. Not in use during freezing temperatures. Hot Tub- Luxury 3 person hot tub located on a mostly covered patio. Privacy curtains on 2 sides allow for a semi-private experience. Great for star gazing at night! Ready for use at all hours and in all seasons. Parking- Gravel pull-in area for parking 4 cars for you and your guests. Guests arriving with trailers should be very good at maneuvering on a small private gravel drive with limited turning area. Guests with a trailer should advise prior to their arrival. *Guests that choose to park parallel to the drive and not pull into the parking area are doing so at their own risk. A few small limbs have fallen there.
