The space Enjoy the view as this house was intentionally built to have easy access to the mountain views with lots of natural light coming in from the windows. Guest access The house is available for use except for garage and storage spaces. These doors are locked and have "Do not enter" signs. The driveway has plenty of space for parking. Please do not leave children unattended when using the pool or going up the stairs inside the house. Other things to note There is absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed in the house. The indoor fireplace can only be used in the winter months and is not for grilling. The house was built with sustainability in mind. Please keep doors closed during the winter months and make use of natural light from the windows to reduce energy consumption. Kindly keep in mind when rooms are not being used, turn off lights. Our home features radiant underfloor heating and cooling, offering a quiet, energy-efficient way to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature. In cooler months, the floors gently warm the space from the ground up, providing consistent and cozy heat throughout the house. During warmer weather, the system also helps cool the home by circulating cool water beneath the floors. While it's effective for maintaining a pleasant indoor climate, please note that it doesn’t get as cold as traditional forced air systems. An added bonus: radiant systems help create a healthier indoor environment. Since there are no fans or vents blowing air (and dust or allergens), it's an excellent choice for those with sensitivities or allergies. We also recommend keeping blinds closed during the day and opening windows in the cooler evenings to help maintain comfort naturally. Pool is open during the months of May-September.
