The front yard is exclusively yours as you make your way barefoot through the plush grassy lawn to gather around the firepit under towering king palms on a blossom scented So-Cal evening! Guest access The entire home and front yard are exclusively yours with street parking by provided permit available in front of the home. The backyard pool is shared by two full-time adult residents who are very respectful of your privacy and defer to your usage of the back yard and jacuzzi throughout your stay. While they are very friendly, you will likely never see them during your entire stay. Other things to note The driveway is reserved for the residents who live in the two back units.
