Other things to note SEASONAL NOTICE | Due to Mitchell Creek Marina’s natural lakeside location and the surrounding environment, guests may experience an increased presence of ladybugs and stinkbugs inside the cabins during the fall and winter months. This is a seasonal and regional occurrence that is common in this area and cannot be fully prevented, even with routine pest control services. For guest convenience, each cabin is equipped with a small vacuum to assist with quick cleanup as needed. Our team is also happy to help with additional cleanup during operational hours, upon request. If available, we will do our best to accommodate a move to the Lakehouse or a Cottage. If there is a difference in nightly rates between accommodations, guests will not be charged any additional amount. If a guest chooses to depart early due to seasonal conditions, we are unable to offer a refund.
