Newly renovated with a farmhouse kitchen, full subway-tile bathroom and in-house laundry the cottage is truly a "home away from home" — a relaxing central retreat for exploring the area. The space A cozy, fully-remodeled downtown cottage walking distance to everything that Hopland has to offer. The cottage features a living room, dining room, farmhouse kitchen with retro stovetop and microwave, full bath with subway tiled shower and glass enclosure, full master and washer/dryer. The backyard is the perfect peaceful retreat from a busy day of wine tasting, hiking and exploring. Unwind in the shade of old growth Oak Trees next to the seasonal creek, play a game of corn hole, cook up a nice dinner and relax with a local bottle of wine until the late hours of the night under the glow of the bistro lights. Guest access Guests have full access the entire cottage and spacious backyard. Other things to note 🌿 Early Check-In & Late Checkout We’re happy to offer flexibility whenever we can. Because our cottage is carefully cleaned and prepared between stays, early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and may include a small fee to accommodate our cleaning schedule. Early Check-In Options • Check in at 12:00 PM — $60 (limited availability) • Check in at 1:00 PM — $40 • Check in at 2:00 PM — $25 Late Checkout Options • Check out by 11:00 AM — $20 • Check out by 12:00 PM — $35 • Check out after 12:00 PM — $60 (limited availability) Important: If you check out after your scheduled checkout time, the corresponding late checkout fee will be applied to cover delays for our cleaning team.
