We will update our photos once complete! *Update 2/10/22: Our community center had a devastating fire this week, with a complete loss of the center. The indoor pool / hot tub is part of this center and is no longer available until we rebuild. The condo itself, beach and outdoor pool is unaffected and are still open with no issue. Outdoor pool typically opens late June - all depending on weather. 2 cars are allowed to be parked at our condo community in the summer, further parking will need to be at the overflow area which is one minute from the front door. 2 extra cars are allowed in the overflow parking area! Includes 2 master bedroom suites on the bottom floor, full kitchen and living room. 3 upstairs bedrooms are great for families. There is a large wrap around deck, great for outdoor relaxing! Summer - 7 day weekly rentals only, check-in/check-out June 19 - Aug 30 The amenities in the complex are fabulous and include the private community beach with full access to the beach house, the indoor and outdoor pools with hot tub and sauna. Tennis courts, charcoal and gas grills, and a fire pit on the beach. All amenities are 1-4 minute walk from the front door of the condo, or a 30 second - 1 minute drive as there is parking at all amenities. Explore hiking trails and natural springs. Bike ride into the towns or the Little Traverse Wheelway into Charlevoix, MI. Spend time walking the beach to Petoskey State Park for ice cream. Take a day trip up to Mackinaw Island, a short drive away. Beautiful fall colors in the nearby tunnel of trees with surrounding area wineries. Winter fun includes being 5 miles from Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob! Please note this is our family condo, it's great for kids and adult gatherings, but NOT a party house. No pets please. The Beach! The pools! The tennis courts! Pool Hours: Both pools open 10:00 am – 9:00 pm. Outdoor pool is open weather permitting and closed after Labor Day 2 Parking Passes come with the condo. Only 2 cars are allowed per group in the unit. If a third and fourth car is needed it will come with another parking pass and parking for these is one street over, 30 seconds from our door.
