The space Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully designed layout that maximizes space and comfort. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Bedroom 2 offers a cozy queen-size bed, while Bedroom 3 is perfect for kids or additional guests with its two twin-size beds. Need some downtime? Relax and unwind in the extra seating area, ideal for lounging with a book or catching up with loved ones. The bright and airy living space provides ample room for relaxation and entertainment, with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The heart of the home is the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials you need to whip up delicious meals. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or hosting a family dinner, you'll find everything you need right at your fingertips. Step outside and discover the spacious backyard oasis, perfect for soaking up the Texas sunshine or hosting a BBQ with friends and family. The expansive yard provides plenty of room for outdoor activities and relaxation, with a patio area for alfresco dining and a grill for cookouts. The property is equipped with a Ring doorbell located outside the front door, along with two cameras facing the front yard, one camera in the backyard, and another camera in the driveway. Additionally, there is a noise decibel monitoring device in the living area, which measures sound levels and duration without recording audio. Pet Policy: Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance. There is an extra one time fee per pet per stay (not included in booking total). The extra cleaning fee per pet is based on the number of nights of your stay: 1-2 nights: $100; 3-6 nights: $150; 7-29 nights: $250; 30+ nights: $300; 59+ nights $300/month. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If discovered afterwards, this fee doubles. Guest access Guests will have convenient and secure access to our home using a smart keypad lock. Prior to your arrival, you'll receive a unique code that will grant you entry during your stay. Other things to note Please note that the garage will not be usable for guests during your stay.
