The space About the space As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy and modern living space, complete with stylish furnishings and ample natural light. Kick back and relax in the spacious living room, equipped with a large TV and sofa perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows after a day of exploring. The heart of our home lies in the kitchen, where you can whip up delicious meals with ease. Adjacent to the kitchen is the sleek dining area with 4 seating, ideal for enjoying meals together with family and friends or the breakfast window bar with 4 bar stools offers a delightful spot to savor your morning meal while soaking in the warmth of the sunlight Retreat to the master bedroom, your own private oasis featuring a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, a TV, an full ensuite bathroom, and a walk-in closet for added convenience. The second bedroom features a double-size bed, ceiling fan, and a closet. The third bedroom features a double-size bed, ceiling fan, and a closet thoughtfully furnished and offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for a restful night's sleep. The guest and ensuite bathrooms are equipped with shower/tub combination, vanity, toilet bowl, modern fixtures and fresh towels, providing a refreshing start to your day. The laundry room has a washer and dryer located in the garage area. This home has Wi-Fi. There's a designated workspace complete with a desk and chairs. Other things to note * ENJOY YOUR STAY BUT PLEASE RESPECT THE NEIGHBORS : DISTURBANCES AFTER 10:00PM CAN RESULT IN AN EARLY TERMINATION OF YOUR STAY WITH NO REFUND * • Pets are not allowed in the Pool • No smoking is allowed in the house or backyard. • Strictly No parties or events are allowed • No candles, no diffuser, no scented oils, no incense, or any plug-ins allowed. • No unregistered guests are allowed. • No illegal substances are allowed on the premises. • Please don't eat/drink in beds this leads to irreversible stains. Claim will be made. • Put all your trash bags in the trash bin • Washer & Dryer: To be used for your personal clothes only. • The use of Glitter/Confetti will lead to an extra cleaning fee • Please note that an extra charge will be claimed for each remote loss. • Please take care of the furnishings. Claims will be made. • Complimentary and starting basic essentials • Avoid Damage: Please treat all belongings like you would your own. Charges will apply. • Please dial 911 first in case of an emergency, then call us. • Please respect check-in and check-out times. No overstaying without prior permission and payment. • Please do not remove any mail in the mailbox if any. • No mails or packages to be sent to the property. We will have to discard them if any. • We provide a BBQ. Guest will not get refunded if any unexpected malfunction or if gas is emptied. We provide a starter quantity. Guest will have to purchase it if they need more. • Please do not open the garage mechanical door nor park your vehicle inside. • Trailers/boats are not allowed on the driveway or on the streets of this community. • Please avoid parking on the grass as it is an HOA violation. • Lawn Care: Scheduled bi-weekly. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission. •Pool isn't heated •POOL HEATING IS AVAILABLE FROM OCTOBER TO APRIL FOR $25+TAX/NIGHT ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR THE LENGTH OF YOUR STAY WHICH MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK-IN DATE. (NOTE: APRIL TO SEPTEMBER POOL HEATING OPTION IS NOT AVAILABLE) •Please inform us in advance if you would like the pool to be heated. For safety reasons, the pool temperature will not be set higher than 80 degrees. We cannot guarantee the pool's temperature at any time due to varying climate factors. Refunds will not be issued for any reason. • Pool: Persons less than 14 years of age must always have adult supervision. • Pool care: Scheduled once a week. They will enter from the backyard door. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission. • Please do not open the garage mechanical door nor park your vehicle inside. • Mining Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies is prohibited. Claim will be made. *There will be an inspection for quality and safety purposes conducted by a member of our team. If it happens to fall during your stay, we will notify you in advance. Guest presence is not mandatory during the inspection but inspection may be. Guest understands and agrees to access. *Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city. We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages. *Right of Access: Guest understands, acknowledges and agrees upon confirming their booking that the manager/technician of the property will access (with or without your presence) the property for purpose of inspection, any maintenance requests from guests or other circumstance when deemed necessary with reasonable notification by one/all or any text, message, call, through booking platform to the guest for purposes of ensuring the safety and security of the property.
