Our cozy, three bedroom cabin sits on 1.5 acres. A wooden boardwalk takes you from house to pond. Mountain views & crystal clear water. 2 kayaks & a large floating mat are free to use or bring your own toys. Speedboats are prohibited so lake is super quiet. Want to Hike, ATV or snowmobile? Trails are right out the front door! Sugarloaf is 45 min away as well as many others. If you enjoy getting away from it all, you’ll be in heaven here. If you want to party all night, my house is not for you. The space Mudroom entryway from the front door to laundry room and stairs to go to second floor. First floor has kitchen, open living room, bathroom and one bedroom with queen bed. Second floor has a workspace in hallway, another bedroom with queen size bed and the loft which has two double beds. Bathroom with tub, no shower. The loft looks down over the living area. Currently adding a screened in porch. Hoping for it to be finished by mid summer. Guest access Entire cabin but for locked closet. Other things to note Our cabin is best suited for 4 or less guests. While it does sleep six, it will be a little tight given the space. Dish TV with cable service on a Smart TV. No WI-FI. 4G works very well if you have it. *Kitchen table & living room only seats four comfortably * There us a large, wooden deck with six Adirondack chairs and two small side tables. Everything you need besides food, fire wood & beach towels will be provided. There is a coffee pot with plenty of coffee. There will be smaller towels for the bathroom/shower. There are security cameras outside the property, used only when cabin is vacant.
