The apartment is walking distance to coffee, shopping, the visitor's center, the original JC Penny store and museum, bars, and grocery shopping. The space Bedroom 1- King size bed Bathroom- Connected to Master and Kitchen Living- Queen Size Sofa Sleeper Parking is available off street in teh back of the building except during festival weekends. Other things to note Pets are allowed for an additional $100 per stay, with a one pet max! Any damage caused by your pet will be charged to you. If your pet barks and disturbs other guests or store customers on main level you will be asked to leave without a refund!
