The roads are paved, but can be steep/curvy. During winter months (Dec-Mar), snow/ice is possible; 4WD/AWD is recommended. We cannot offer refunds due to weather or road conditions. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. (We offer an option at booking). ► Wildlife & Nature: You are immersed in the beautiful Smoky Mountains! Expect to see wildlife (deer, birds, insects, possibly bears). Please NEVER feed wildlife. Secure all trash in the provided bear-proof containers & lock vehicle doors. Keep cabin doors/windows closed to prevent critters from entering. ► Hot Tub Heating: The hot tub is drained & sanitized between guests. It may require several hours after your arrival to reach full temperature. Use at your own risk. ► Exterior Maintenance: Landscaping or pest control teams may visit periodically to maintain the property's exterior. ► Parking: Paved driveway with parking for up to 3 standard vehicles. ► Fireplaces: Indoor gas fireplace is seasonal (Oct-Mar). Guest access You will receive a door code by 1 pm the day before your scheduled check-in day. Parking on-site for up to 3 vehicles. Other things to note • Maximum occupancy is 6 people • Resort pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day (depending on weather) • Person booking the property will be prompted to upload a photo of driver’s license and sign a rental agreement within 48 hrs to secure the booking to be compliant • A $250 credit card off-platform security hold will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released/refunded 7 days after departure if no damages are reported. • Code to access the property will be provided the day before checkin at 1pm • No animals allowed. Bringing animals to the home will result in forfeiting the full deposit, additional clean-up fees, and eviction with no refunds. • Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited (including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, etc.) • Guest acknowledges security cameras located on the exterior of the property facing the driveway are on and recording outside only audio/video when motion detected, cease when motion ends; recordings reviewed solely for emergencies, damage assessment, or enforcing house rules. There are NO cameras inside the cabin. • The cabin is in the woods. You will likely see and hear critters and encounter bugs. • Keep in mind that there is bear activity in the area surrounding the cabin Please keep the outdoor trash latched at all times as bears can and will open it to get to the trash. Keep your car and cabin door locked. DO NOT FEED BEARS. BEARS ARE DANGEROUS! • Lawncare Services: Our landscaping team may stop by to maintain the property grounds during your stay. They'll aim to be in and out quickly to minimize any disturbance. 💡 Optional Add-Ons After booking, guests have the opportunity to enhance their stay with optional add-ons such as a charcuterie box, firewood, roses, and more.
