Clean, cute, Emerado apartment!

Welcome to this unique stay near GF Air Force Base! This 2bed/1 bath apartment features a king and a queen bedroom with TVs, and a PS4 in the living room. The large driveway provides ample off street parking. There is a dedicated office space for the traveling professional and an expanded kitchenette equipped with convection oven, 2 burner hot plate, crockpot, mini fridge, and microwave. Indoor parking and shop space not included. Pet fee does apply so add your pets to the reservation! The space This ground floor apartment includes one king and one queen bedroom. The living room has a TV with fire stick and a PS4 with some provided games. The full bathroom has a shower with soap, shampoo, and body wash provided. Linens, towels, blankets and pillows are all provided. We have also added a dedicated dining room with dining table as well as a desk and chair for the traveling professional. The second floor of the apartment is occupied so there is the potential to hear some noise from upstairs (footsteps, muffled voices) or from the bay at the back. This building is on septic so please be cognizant of the special needs of the plumbing. DO NOT put anything down the drains but the provided septic safe toilet paper. Failure to comply with this rule will result in $1000 fine. Also please note that the floor is epoxy and can be cold on stocking feet. This space is within 5 minutes of Grand Forks AFB and only 12 minutes from GF International Airport. The city of Grand Forks including the Alerus Center is 20 minutes down the road.I Guest access The entire ground floor apartment is reserved for your private use. It is pet friendly but a pet fee does apply. No pets on the furniture or beds (unless we negotiate for you to bring your own linens). Shop space is not included. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher not provided. There is ample free driveway parking in our large U shaped driveway but please ensure that the pathway remains clear to all the bay doors. Other things to note Food options include a Dairy Queen, Subway, and Dominos all within walking distance. Johnny's Bar is just a short drive into the heart of Emerado. All amenities of the Air Force Base (for those with access) are available within a 5-10 minute drive.
