GUEST HIGHLIGHTS: Sleeping Arrangements: • 2 King bed with hotel-quality bedding and pillows • 2 Queen beds with hotel-quality bedding and pillows • This house is equipped to sleep 8 people comfortably; however, it has the capacity to sleep 9 if you utilize the sofas. Bathrooms: • 3 Full bathrooms with hotel-quality towels • 1 Half bath on the main floor Amenities: • Brand new luxury furniture • Kitchen with brand new high-end appliances (microwave, refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher) and plenty of dishware and utensils • Fully stocked spice kitchen • Keurig coffee machine with complimentary pods • New washer & dryer • High-speed PureFiber internet • New 75” Smart TV • Self check-in • Air conditioning & heating Guest access You will have access to the entire main house. Message us if you’d like to discuss potential exceptions. • ID Requirement: A picture of photo ID may be required upon booking. • Incidental Deposit: An incidental deposit (fully refundable) may be required upon booking. • Security: Exterior security cameras monitor movement 24/7 for added peace of mind. • There is a completely separate basement suite that is rented.
