Nautical Nook - Beachfront Vacation Rental

Welcome to our charming beachfront studio apartment, offering a serene retreat for 1-2 guests. Bathed in natural light, the open layout is perfect for individuals or couples seeking a tranquil escape. The studio features a comfortable sleeping space with a bathroom and kitchenette. Direct beach access is exclusively shared only with neighboring owners and guests. Other things to note Bath and beach towels are unavailable at this rental! Guest must provide their own towels. Bed linens, hand towels, and dish towels will be available. Both a drip pot coffee maker and a keurig coffee maker are available to suit your preference. The private-owned sector of the beach is directly connected to East Matunuck State Beach. Leashed dogs are allowed on the private-owned beach in front of the rental unit. Dogs are not allowed on the state-owned beach from Memorial Day to Labor Day. In-Season rates run from Memorial Day weekend through the end of September. Rentals are strictly Friday-to-Friday in peak Summer months (June, July, August). Flexible 4-day minimum bookings available in May and September. Off-Season rates run from October 1 through mid-May with a 4-minimum stay requirement. Outdoor amenities will be unavailable during this time due to higher winds and winter climate.
