Beautiful Lake front home on Lake Champlain. Enjoy Lake and Mountain views on the Inland Sea. Swim, kayak, fish, hike or just sit and enjoy the view on one of our 3 decks. Hike or bike on nearby trails(Missisquoi Rail (St Albans) , Burlington Trial, Colchester Causeway) . Visit Burlington, St. Albans or Milton. In the winter you can ski Jay Peak, Stowe (1 hr) or Smugglers Notch (about 75 min away) or cross country ski or snowmobile the Missisquoi Rail trail if conditions permit. The space 2 story home on Lake Champlain with sunset and mountain views. On a private road and wooded lot. Choice of either 1 queen bed and two twins, or 2 queen beds (please only use 2 bedrooms when 4 or less people). 2 bathrooms, one connected to the master bedroom that has the queen. Comfortable home with open living space but privacy with the separate bedrooms. Guest access Whole house Other things to note WIFI and small office space available
