The space This converted cafeteria is a 800 sf guest unit with new King wrapped in hotel linens and a Chesterfield sofa or outside courtyard for lounging. Kitchen includes Keurig, microwave, mini oven, fridge and washer/dryer for extended visits, plus a quaint table for dining, work or games. Ground level with private drive for easy access. Close enough to be so easy, but just far enough to be absolutely peaceful!! New for 2025, Medical Grade Sauna onsite, ask for pricing. Plus- We have sourced an exceptional licensed mobile masseuse who is best to book 2 weeks in advance. 1 acre site with gorgeous grounds and lots of shared outdoor space. Few blocks from everything. If traveling in a group, look at our other two upper level units, “Hair of the Dogs” - a recreated classroom that sleeps four or “The Pixies” - a former teachers hall converted into cozy spot for two. Other things to note JD’s Zebras on the ground level is available as small dog friendly with prior approval. Per city ordinance: Quiet time 10 pm to 7 am, Sunday-Thursday; Midnight to 7 am, Friday-Saturday. No smoking of any kind and no parties unless approved special event! Must be 21 to book. JD’s Zebras is better suited for disabled or those seeking one level without steps. NO lifeguard-swim at own risk! The entire manicured acre of grounds can be booked for small wedding parties, custom celebrations like birthdays or graduations or reunions, special retreats, intimate social gatherings or family holiday groups. The whole property boasts more than 10,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor park-like space. In whole, Webb of Life contains 3,600 spacious square feet of rare and unique historic rentals, that when combined together, offers 4 full baths, sleeps 8 very comfortably, and seats 30 lunch/dinner guests with dedicated onsite parking that includes 2 distinct RV parking spots (30 or 50 amp electric; NO sewerage).
