Other things to note For guest safety, insurance requirements, and the security of our home, exterior security cameras are located at the front door/porch, backyard, and driveway of the house with 24/7 monitoring. No interior cameras are in the house. We are a smoke free home. No smoking or vaping is allowed in the home. AGE REQUIREMENT: The primary guest booking the reservation must be at least 25 years of age to book this property and must physically occupy the Property overnight for the duration of the rental term. Large groups of unrelated tenants, guests, or invitees must receive prior written approval from the Host, which shall be determined at the Host's sole discretion. Failure to meet this requirement may result in cancellation without a refund.
