AGE REQUIREMENT: The primary guest booking the reservation must be at least 25 years of age to book this property and must physically occupy the Property overnight for the duration of the rental term. Large groups of unrelated tenants, guests, or invitees must receive prior written approval from the Host, which shall be determined at the Host's sole discretion. Failure to meet this requirement may result in cancellation without a refund.
