Transitioning into the main space, a granite worktop and breakfast bar demarcate the well-equipped kitchen from the dining area, complete with a full-size fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A dining table, adjacent to the kitchen, comfortably seats four. The living room, adorned with plush sofas and a gas fireplace, offers a cozy ambiance for post-skiing relaxation. Entertainment is facilitated by the TV equipped with sports channels. Accessible from the living room, a private balcony houses a large hot tub, ideal for unwinding amidst partial mountain views. The primary bedroom, opposite the kitchen, boasts an ensuite bathroom and overlooks the hot tub. A queen sleigh bed and alpine-inspired decor further enhance the winter wonderland ambiance of this idyllic Stonegate retreat. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire condo. Additionally, they can make use of the garage and storage locker. Enjoy the Stonegate amenities (Winter only): Indoor and outdoor heated pool, game room, billiard table, whirlpool spa and theater. While the condo offers a fantastic location for ski-in/ski-out access in the winter, it also allows for bike-in/bike-out convenience during the summer months. The village centre, with its various restaurants, bars, rental shops, and gondola, is just a quick 3-minute walk away. For winter activities, guests can also head to tubing, skating, dog sledding, and cross-country ski trails, with easy access via a 1-minute ski down . Each unit has 1 dedicated parking spot. Visitor spots are available on a first come, first serve basis and require a parking pass. The parking pass must be correctly completed and displayed on the dashboard of any car in a visitor spot. Guests can park for up to 3 days in a designated visitor parking spot. Public parking is available for overflow should visitor spots not be available or if more than 3 consecutive days are required.
