The space This home is equipped with 3 bedrooms, 3 ensuite bathrooms, a living room, a fully stocked kitchen, a dining table with seating for six and a breakfast bar that seats 4. It is located right in the midpoint of McCall, Idaho in a private residential area where you are less than a mile away from Payette Lake, and conveniently close to the local Albertsons grocery store and pharmacy, a handful of coffee shops, restaurants and other fine dining experiences. Gas stations and the downtown area are where you’ll find popular shopping options or a favorite tasty ice cream and candy shop, to grab a quick treat. You cannot beat this combo of a friendly country feeling home that is this close to all you could need within a small resort mountain town. Within the popular area of McCall you’ll find breathtaking scenery where the temperature’s drop to that perfect sweater weather temperature in the evening and the days can be packed with endless outdoor experiences like fishing, swimming, or boating around on the lake, renting bicycle’s in town to see the sights, hiking trails, embarking on off-road adventures, and spotting nearby wildlife like deer, foxes, squirrels and other curious critters who roam around from time to time. As our guest you’ll have full, private access to the town home and all amenities which include brand new stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer and access to parking within the one car garage. There is also a driveway to accommodate one car and additional parking can be found in the overflow parking of the town homes. In the main level living area of the town home you can kick back on the oversize couches and enjoy a 65” Roku Smart TV, equipped with all of your favorite streaming needs of Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime video and so much more. There is a coded door lock, so enjoy a hassle free self check-in process that requires no keys and no need to wait for someone to let you in. Should you need anything, we are more than happy to answer questions and we will do our best to meet additional requests for your stay. We are available via the platforms message system, or text at any time. Guest access Access to this condo is located on the west side (main entry door). Once inside, feel free to use the garage, as it is generally easier to enter and exit quickly. You’ll have full, private access to the townhome and all amenities which include brand new stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer and access to parking within the one car garage. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee. Pets: This home is NOT pet friendly. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized. Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are not allowed on the property. Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages and must report them to management immediately. Courtesy: Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Cancellation: We abide by the cancellation policy agreed to at booking. Home Furnishings: Please do not rearrange furniture. Amenities: Management has 24 hours to repair amenities. Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property but street legal vehicles are allowed on public roads. Wi-Fi: As cabins are frequently located in a rural area, please be prepared for slow/spotty Wi-Fi and internet. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues. Capacity: Adhere to agreed-upon guest numbers. Management is not responsible for the following: fires, smoke, algae bloom, water levels of the lake, lack of snow, abundance of snow, changing of the seasons, temperature highs, temperature lows, power outages, rain, mud, ice, etc. We are also not responsible for insects and/or animals (including: mosquitos, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, any animals that get into trash, or their droppings.) With being located in the mountains, we do our best to prevent these issues, however there are instances where it is inevitable. There will be no refund for any of the above listed issues. Thank you!
