The shower has a low ledge, handheld adjustable shower head, and a built-in shower bench for those with accessability needs. This unique unit has not one, but two primary suites. The second primary suite boasts oceanfront views and contains a king bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom is located near the front of the condo and contains a queen bed with an ensuite full bathroom. This bathroom includes a walk-in shower with a handheld, adjustable shower head. Enjoy relaxing evenings in your oceanfront living room on comfortable, plush furnishings. In addition to the living room, there is also a bay living room near the front door designed for pure relaxation. The bay living room includes two reclining easy chairs, a sofa, and a Smart TV. The security answering system at the entrance and secured underground parking allows for peace of mind and exclusivity while on your beach getaway. To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during Spring and Summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday in those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly. Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed. There is a video doorbell at this property. The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.  Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.  For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
