NEW KITCHEN COMING SOON (Remodel will be completed before Summer 2027) The space LOCATION: -Waterfront property on the Wisconsin River -15 minutes from Granite Peak Ski Resort -15 minutes from Wausau, WI -10 minutes from Merrill, WI INTERNET & TVs: -High speed internet (Starlink) -Smart TVs in both living rooms and two bedrooms BOATING: -2 kayaks and 1 three-person canoe available for guests -There is NO dock at the property -You CANNOT navigate the river with a fishing boat (paddles only) FISHING: -Wisconsin River is rated A1 for musky fishing -Guests have caught 40" musky from the backyard GAMES: -Corn hole -Ping pong table, air hockey table, and foosball -Board games FIREPIT: -Large firepit area near the rivers edge -Lawn chairs are provided -Firewood NOT provided GRILL: -Gas grill (propane provided) BEDROOMS: -5 bedrooms (4 queen beds and 4 twin beds) -2 bedrooms on 2nd floor and 1 bedroom in basement -Sheets, bedding, and pillows are provided BATHROOMS: -2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom -Bath towels and wash clothes provided -Shampoo and body wash provided -Toilet paper provided KITCHEN: -Pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, and utensils provided -Keurig and regular coffee maker LAUNDRY: -Washer and dryer in the property (detergent provided) PARKING: -Enough parking for about 8 vehicles POLICIES: 1. No smoking 2. No events, parties, or large gatherings that exceed 12 people 3. No campfires when fire danger is HIGH. Check Wisconsin DNR website. 4. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed and they must remain within the property lines 5. Must be 21 years old to book 6. Check in after 4 PM and check out before 11 AM Guest access Guests have access to the entire home EXCEPT the garage. Other things to note Driveway is large enough to accommodate up to 3 vehicles each with ATV/snowmobile trailers.
